Amazingly Lavish Illustrations by Japanese Aya Kato

Aya Kato, is an illustrator from Japan, and her artworks are been distinguished by lavishly, vivid shapes and colors. By using her creativity in whatever representations she chooses, Aya  would like to awaken the soul that lies fast asleep within many people. Aya Kato’s ideal world is a place where everyone can be in contact with their own life experiences; touching always the very roots of their souls, thinking about friends, and recognizing their true hopes – a world that merges people’s spirits.

“I believe that a good way to start this new age is by uniting the soul of each individual to that of his or her significant others close by. I feel that this is a process that will herald the birth of a new Japan. The passion of my work lies in conveying the Japanese spirit, with its deep roots in Bushido, to the next generation of Japanese.”
