Graphic Designer Andrew Footit

Andrew Footit is a remarkable South African graphic designer based in London with a focus in experimental typography, type design and identity design. He is a self-taught Graphic Designer and an award-winning. He has won Gold and Silver at the Promax Awards for outstanding achievement in entertainment marketing and design, and Craft Gold at the Loeries, a prestigious award in the brand communications industry. He focuses on Typography, Type Design and Identity design. He has over 12 years of industry experience working with smaller studios, international design agencies and international magazine brands such as Barron’s, Fortune, the Washington Post, Ogilvy, GBH London, and Hogarth Worldwide.

When he’s not creating for clients, he is usually working on a typeface for his type foundry, Arkitype. He has had the privilege to license some of his fonts to some amazing international brands.
