Losef | An amazing self-taught Japanese Illustrator

Manabu Odajima aka Losef  is a self-taught Japanese illustrator who began doodling as a means of killing time. Losef creates his unique approach by learning from all things he sees and reflecting deeply into himself. His works represent the indisputable “truths” in his life. “I want to create art that changes shape based on the sensibilities of the viewer. Moreover, I want the experience of encountering my creations to shock the viewers, and help them, one-by-one, to have deep revelations about their own lives. I believe that is the power of art.” (artas1). Powerful illustrations in an unusual mix of the very formal and the Surreal style. Check out his website at http://losef.jimdo.com
