Graphic designer and illustrator Florian Popescu created the project Famous Logo Grids to expand his knowledge about the real-life application and usage of grids in general. What started one day as a simple, individual study grew into something he thought about sharing with other designers as hungry as he was for the best resources to learn. Although he was not sure about the exactness of his studies he was content to see the positive reactions from the design world, which pushed him to create 10 more grids. The striking thing about all these famous logos is that very rarely is even one pixel pushed randomly and almost every little decision which might seem ubiquitous at first ends up contributing immensely to the universal and timeless appeal of the icon.
