Poster BIKEART Exhibition | VOL 4

Tomorrow, Friday 27th, an exeptional exhibition will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece. The 4th annual “Poster Bikeart Exhibition” in an effort to promote cycling through art and to support the program “Painting School Buildings”.
The 30 artists that participate, coming from Thessaloniki from the world of streetart, graphic design, comics and tattoo are:
Apset, Beetroot, Gra-fistiki, Dolphins, Inva, Ionas, Jasone, Keiken, Kez, Live2, Miro, Nade, Nastwo, Reb, RedFish, Same84, Semiotik, Tsoda, Viktor Koen, John Galanis, Thanasis George, Claus Gkogktzilas, Damos Stavros, Thanos Zakopoulos, Veti Karvounari, Lefteris Kokolios, Effie Kyrtsoudi, Melina Papadopoulos, Dimitris Savvaidis, Sophia Spyrliadou and Christos Tsoleridis.

The artworks’ thematic is cycling and 10 copies for each art, signed and numbered, will be available for sale at the symbolic price of 10 euros. The revenues will support painting murals in schools in areas of the city (the “Painting School Buildings”) endorced by the Ministry of Education and Mayoralty Education Thessaloniki.

Other parallel activities open to the public:
* Wall painting with cycling as the subject, in the city school, Sunday, the 29th March
* Presentation of the coffee-table book “The bicycle in Greece 1880-2012”
* Exhibition of cycling books and magazines
* Draw gifts for the attendees at the exhibition opening (draw incudes Bicycle, album art, etc.) Friday, March 27, 2015.

The opening of the exhibition will take place at the Toss Gallery-Ladoze.
